- Environment Rating Scale (ERS) Practice Assessments may be arranged. The policies related to these assessments are available by calling your regional DCFS Child Care Quality Specialist at 1-800-680-9098. This can help the process move more quickly.
- Mental Health Consultation is available to programs participating in the Quality Start Child Care Rating System. For more information call, Marylynn Gagnon at 504-988-7387.
- On-site Technical Assistance is available from the Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency in your area.
- Pre-Application Staff Qualifications Review is now available before your application for 2-5 stars is submitted. One Louisiana Pathways Pre-Application Staff Qualifications Review is available for each center and may streamline the Staff Qualifications Audit process and save time once your application is made.
